It is the policy of A & S Training that all course participants attending this training course meet the following requirements.
Registration
It is the policy of A & S Training that all registration changes MUST be made either by written request or by telephone, Two (2) weeks prior to the start of any course date. Any request for a change in course registration will be subject to approval by A & S Training and the instructional staff of the course requested.
All cancellations or changes of any registration spot held for a scheduled training course MUST be made directly to the A & S Training office and confirmed with either David Sohm or Michael Ardolf and must be made two (2) weeks prior to the start of the training course date.
Due to the fact that there is commonly a waiting list for participation in many courses any cancellation of participation MUST be made two (2) week prior to the start of the course. Any cancellation request made after the two-week cancellation period will result in a registration cancellation fee being assessed for materials, administrative time and any additional costs for each slot reserved in that course.
Substitutions for course participation may be made at any time prior up to the start of the scheduled course, however there are specific attendance requirements and equipment needs necessary to attend certain courses and last minute changes may be difficult for the new participant to meet or acquire the equipment necessary for successful completion of the course. Therefore we highly recommend that last minute changes should be discouraged unless absolutely necessary.
